We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to maintain their independence and well-being.

About the Role

Working as a Home Care Support Worker requires a caring and empathetic nature, as well as strong communication skills. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £13.00 per hour (Saturday and Sunday), plus mileage reimbursement at 32p per mile. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this rewarding role.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
