Archiving Assistant

**About The Role**:
Are you an organised and a structured individual?

We are a progressive independent agency, providing children’s services centred around residential, fostering, education and therapeutic care with a clear focus on making a positive and lasting difference to children and young people.

We are looking for individuals to help us out with some additional support in our Rustington office to sort through the archiving and storage that we have accumulated. You may be able to help us

Ideally, we would ask that you be familiar with handling confidential and sensitive documents. So, if you have experience working in early years within the education sector, or carrying out administration work within a children’s service, we’d love to hear from you.

Perhaps you’re a student social worker looking to get some hands-on experience within an Independent Children’s Service Setting, or someone with a penchant for organisation. You will not mind lifting boxes and repetition as this comes as part of the role.

This will be undertaken on an sessional basis and offers flexibility to pick up hours when we need you and when you are available to work, the minimum requirement will be 25 hours over 5 days but this is negotiable.
