Our client, a leading specialist in the fire and security industry, is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of their operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services to their customers.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to manage our service engineers' diaries, ensuring that maintenance contracts are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. You will work closely with the engineering teams to schedule appointments, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage the service engineers' diaries to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize travel time.
2. Communicate with customers to book appointments and deal with general queries in a professional and timely manner.
3. Schedule maintenance activities with engineers to optimize working time.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and engineer documentation.
5. Collaborate with the engineering teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
**Salary and Benefits:**
Up to £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits package, including comprehensive training, clear progression opportunities, and a range of employee discounts.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
