About the Role

Anderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Operations Coordinator to join our client in Staverton. This is a permanent opportunity that offers a stable, fun, and professional working environment with career progression opportunities for committed and proactive candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers to book engineer servicing visits and dealing with any general queries in a professional and timely manner. They will also schedule engineering resource efficiently, minimising travel time and wasted journeys, and manage the service engineers' diaries to ensure that service levels on maintenance contracts are maintained.

In addition, the Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for updating customer databases with the documentation they require, planning maintenance and callout activities with engineers to optimise their working time, and scheduling/booking of maintenance to meet contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have good understanding of commonly used Microsoft office applications and be able to work in a busy environment as a reliable and assertive member of a busy operational team.

About the Salary and Benefits

We are offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including a comprehensive annual training programme, clear progression and regular promotion opportunities, and a minimum 5% discount on all shopping at various retailers.
