Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to assist in the effective running of our business support services.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for post handling, reception duties, and IT problem solving.
  • They will also provide reception cover and assist with inbound telephone calls.
  • In addition, they will use general office administration skills, including data entry, photocopying, and drafting letters.
  • The role will also involve assisting with scheduling meetings.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in reception duties and IT problem solving is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent general office administration skills are required.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
