About the Role

A dynamic entry-level position as a Financial Operations Coordinator is available, providing support and assistance on various tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.

Role Responsibilities
  • Sales Invoicing
    • The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and issue sales invoices to customers in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing.
    • Updating/Maintaining the CRM with relevant invoicing information.
    • Compiling data and generating monthly or ad-hoc expenses invoices for specific clients.
  • Credit Control – Monitoring and chasing overdue payments from customers.
  • Addressing queries relating to purchase ledger in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Preparation and entry of BACS payments into the bank.
  • Entry of purchase ledger invoices into the accounting system accurately.
  • Ensuring purchases and payments are accurately entered into the accounting system.
  • Review and approval of monthly employee expenses and credit cards.
  • Undertaking other ad-hoc duties as required.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is between £25,000-£35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
