**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist

**Location:** Cheltenham, UK

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Finance team as a Financial Operations Specialist. As a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the Recoup business during a period of growth, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, developing detailed financial reports, and preparing quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Develop and deliver detailed financial reports for Senior Leadership across the brands
  • Prepare quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead the bi-annual Capital Planning process for K&B UK, ensuring spend stays within agreed limits and projects deliver an acceptable Profitability Index (PI)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping with a strong understanding of accounting principles
  • AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent
  • Xero, SAP, and BPC experience would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
