Education Intervention Role

We are a leading education recruitment agency seeking a skilled KS2 Intervention Teacher to enhance student outcomes.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will provide targeted interventions to students in Key Stage 2, focusing on literacy and numeracy development.

Main Responsibilities:

Intervention Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality interventions that cater to individual student needs.

Pupil Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress regularly, identifying areas of improvement.

Collaboration with Class Teachers: Ensure seamless support and communication with class teachers.

Reporting and Leadership: Contribute to whole-school initiatives, tracking student progress and reporting to senior leaders.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Teaching Qualifications: QTS or equivalent.

Experience: Teaching or working experience in Key Stage 2.

Professional Development: Ongoing commitment to learning and growth.

Student Focus: Dedicated to supporting students to reach their full potential.

Package and Benefits:

Salary: £130,000 per annum (£66,667 per hour).
