Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Administration Centre, you will provide a patient-focused service by responding to queries from patients, referrers, and staff in a timely and professional manner.
Main Responsibilities- Take receipt of patient referrals and input relevant information into the electronic patient record.
- Allocate patient referrals appropriately within services.
- Manage appointments on the electronic patient record system and provide accurate written confirmation to patients.
- Create and maintain databases/spreadsheets, ensuring accurate recording of information.
- Work flexibly to meet service needs and provide cross-cover to colleagues when required.
We are a collaborative team working together to provide high-quality patient care. As a Patient Services Administrator, you will have the opportunity to participate in team development events and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Key Skills and Qualifications- High level of customer service and accuracy.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
