Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Administration Centre, you will provide an efficient and cost-effective administrative service across our community services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take receipt of patient referrals and input relevant information into the electronic patient record system.
  • Allocate patient referrals appropriately within services, ensuring timely and effective processing.
  • Manage patient appointments, providing accurate written confirmation and ensuring seamless communication with patients, referrers, and staff.
  • Collate and maintain databases/spreadsheets, ensuring accurate recording and easy accessibility of information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service needs, providing cross-cover and supporting team development.
