About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Administrator. As a key member of our Administration Centre, you will play a vital role in providing an efficient and cost-effective administrative service to our community services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a patient-focused service by responding to queries from patients, referrers, and staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer patient appointments for community clinics, using telephonic equipment and software to support the Administration Centre.
  • Take receipt of patient referrals and input relevant information into the electronic patient record.
  • Allocate patient referrals appropriately within services.
  • Manage appointment bookings on the electronic patient record system.
  • Provide accurate written confirmation of appointments to patients.
  • Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate recording of information.
