We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Anatomy Centre team as a Teaching and Technical Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Teaching and Bequeathal Office and technical support to the Dissecting Room, ensuring the smooth running of the Centre. They will also assist with the implementation, audit, and maintenance of Human Tissue Authority Standards within the Centre.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally and efficiently with enquiries from students, colleagues, and associated professionals. They will also be highly organized, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to move between tasks at short notice to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in the use of basic software packages (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
