About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive the strategic direction and development of our Human Factors capabilities.
Responsibilities- Spearhead user insight and Human Factors programmes for medical and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring project quality, budget, and planning.
- Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, risk, design and product development teams in medical and/or pharmaceutical companies to deliver user research and Human Factors programmes.
- Apply commercial acumen and relevant experience to support business development activities, including client sales meetings, reviewing, costing and writing proposals.
- Develop deep expertise in Human Factors regulatory requirements for medical devices, drug delivery, and diagnostics, recognised as a subject matter expert in building Human Factors files and related documentation.
- Proven experience in Human Factors programme management.
- Strong understanding of clinical, regulatory, risk, and design principles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A willingness to travel for up to a week at a time to undertake research and attend global conferences.
- An estimated annual salary range of £85,000 - £115,000 based on experience.
