We are excited to announce a new era for The Bishop, with a refurbishment scheduled for October and a reopening planned for November. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional pub experience in East Dulwich.

Lead by Example

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the pub during your shift. This includes making sure the team has everything they need to provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and address any issues promptly
