The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our People Team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law and HR best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Monitor and review HR policies and processes
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Track and report on key HR metrics
Required Skills:
- A degree in human resources or a related field
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proven experience in a HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High-level proficiency in HR software
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary of £39,000 + a monthly bonus of up to £250
