Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a large team that provides administration support for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain service levels in the department
* Manage, train, and develop your team and team leaders
* Identify training and development needs for individuals in the department
* Ensure quality levels are met
* Review and improve processes where necessary and update the team accordingly
* Manage complaints
* Ensure calls are monitored and reviewed regularly
* Work to regulatory standards and ensure compliance levels are maintained
* Monthly reporting on the department and its performance
Essential Skills:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
* Financial services experience would be beneficial
* Proven track record in managing a team and conducting appraisals/employee development
* Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
* £43,000 - £47,000 base salary
