  • Employee Relations Issues: Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary action.">
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations to enhance staff knowledge and skills.">
  • Liaising with Trade Unions: Build relationships with trade unions to ensure effective communication and cooperation.">
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.">

Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Employee Relations, excellent communication skills, ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, knowledge of employment law.
