We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at FFR Limited. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Employee Relations, with a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

About the Job
  • The key objective is to provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues, ensuring effective conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary action.
  • Attend formal HR meetings, representing the company's interests and contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on employee relations, designed to enhance knowledge and skills within the organization.
  • Liaise closely with trade unions, fostering collaborative relationships and promoting open communication.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to employee relations cases, adhering to legal compliance and best practices.
  • Lead the review and development of company-wide policies, ensuring alignment with current employment law and industry standards.
  • Analyze trends in employee relations to identify areas for improvement and recommend policy changes that support business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging developments in employment law and best practices in employee relations, applying this expertise to drive positive change within the organization.
  • Support various HR projects, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve common goals.
Job Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Employee Relations, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases, achieving successful outcomes.
Work Schedule
  • This is a part-time role, requiring attendance on Wednesday to Friday, with some travel to sites across the North West region.

The estimated salary range for this position is £37,500 - £47,500 per annum, depending on experience.
