Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional services and guidance throughout the business sale process.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, and their diaries are filled with qualified appointments.
- Utilize our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions and provide a first-class customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle sensitive conversations with tact and diplomacy.
- Experience in managing diaries within an appointment setting environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong B2B sales background, with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
