Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Desk Concierge to join our team. As a Junior Desk Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Must have previous 5* hotel experience and a good knowledge of London
  • To be aware at all times of activities in the city (theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities)
  • To be familiar with the city restaurants and to establish contacts with them to provide maximum guest service
  • To perform all reasonable services a guest may require; anticipate guest requests and requirements in order to satisfy them efficiently and promptly

You will be required to work 44 hours per week, on a shift rota.
