Our team in East Riding of Yorkshire Council Children's Social Care is seeking a qualified Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our Strengthening and Supporting Families Team and Children with Disabilities Team.

  • Job Summary: As an Advanced Practitioner, you will work closely with families in the community, delivering interventions through child in need plans and child protection plans through to court work and care proceedings.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with children, young people, and families. Your duties will include assessing the needs of children, co-developing plans with families and partner agencies, and providing intervention and support to children, young people, and families in the community.
