Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in providing high-quality, outcomes-focused support to children and their families as part of our Intensive Family Support Service.

You will be working intensively with small groups of families with diverse and complex needs, developing strong relationships and providing practical support, modelling skills and walking alongside families to make and sustain changes.

This role requires you to have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and work independently within timescales and often balancing conflicting priorities.

The Team

You will be part of our Children and Young People's Support and Safeguarding Services team, which has three locality-based teams led by experienced Team Managers. Our team is diverse, with a range of professional backgrounds, including education, family support, social work, mental health, youth work, youth justice and housing.

We are committed to continued development and engage in formal and informal learning and development opportunities to enhance our knowledge and skills in evidence-based and effective practice approaches.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement and access to training and development opportunities.
