This role requires you to have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and work independently within timescales and often balancing conflicting priorities.
The TeamYou will be part of our Children and Young People's Support and Safeguarding Services team, which has three locality-based teams led by experienced Team Managers. Our team is diverse, with a range of professional backgrounds, including education, family support, social work, mental health, youth work, youth justice and housing.
We are committed to continued development and engage in formal and informal learning and development opportunities to enhance our knowledge and skills in evidence-based and effective practice approaches.
