We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our Stroke and Rehabilitation Therapy team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey to recovery.

About the Role: In this dynamic position, you will work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver rehabilitation programs that meet individual patient needs. Your responsibilities will include working with stroke and general rehabilitation patients, as well as supporting deconditioning work on our delayed transfer of care ward.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.">

Requirements:
