As a Community Healthcare Specialist at The Boots Company PLC, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes in our community pharmacies. The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a Boots Retirement Savings Plan, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay, and discretionary annual bonus.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Developing Pharmacy Capabilities: You will work closely with our pharmacy team to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the expertise needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Providing Expert Advice: You will provide expert advice and guidance to patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on medication management and related issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in pharmacy practice, with a focus on patient care and medication management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
