Regional Healthcare Assistant

**Job Description**
As a Bank Regional Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes providing emotional support and companionship, monitoring the delivery of care, and contributing to person-centred care planning.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
- A background in care or equivalent experience
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently
