About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistant - Elderly Care to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Healthcare Assistant - Elderly Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident
- Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks
- Provide support and companionship to residents
Requirements
- A background in care is essential
- A good understanding of elderly care is required
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be an advantage
- GCSE English and Maths with a C or above are desirable

- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
