Elderly Care Assistant

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Elderly Care Assistant - Bank Position to join our team.
As an Elderly Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius. This will involve working closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support. You will also be required to monitor the delivery of care, contribute to person-centred care planning, and record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care would be advantageous, as well as a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. You will also need a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
The salary for this role is £18,500 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive rewards package, including free learning and development opportunities.
