Dementia Care Manager

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, with over 25 years' experience and nearly 240 care homes across the UK. We are committed to providing high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable people, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dementia Care Manager to join our team.
The role of Dementia Care Manager is to lead our dementia care services and ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and care. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines, as well as experience of managing care homes and marketing. You will also have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonuses up to 10% of your salary.
