About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at ivolve Care and Support.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, working on a rotational basis (Monday to Sunday).

The estimated salary for this role is £11.70 per hour, based on qualifications.

As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tailored support to meet individual needs
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, art, or listening to music
  • Managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene
  • Following procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support

To be successful in this role, you should have good general education, honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference.

You will also need to commit to undertaking training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess desirable skills such as RQF Level 2 or above in social care, previous experience within a social care setting, knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and confident IT user.
