In this role, you will collaborate with the IT Operations and Infrastructure team at INW to establish, maintain, and support the IT systems necessary for the company's success.

**Job Description:**

  • As a Helpdesk and Infrastructure Associate, you will provide first-tier technical support and serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance.
  • You will also be responsible for office support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Additionally, you will manage IT assets by maintaining inventory records, overseeing the lifecycle of equipment, and handling the secure destruction of outdated or broken assets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is a plus but not required.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed education in an IT-related field is a plus.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
