About the Role:
This exciting opportunity as a FMCG Trade Development Manager at CV-Library involves delivering annual sales targets by managing and working with distributors. The successful candidate will identify and manage potential business opportunities to drive development and sales growth of retail. To excel in this position, you must establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other partners. Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring trade activities implementations through distributors, evaluating results, and developing key accounts. As the representative of the brand, you will attend key trade customer meetings and events, tracking and analyzing sales and A&P performance. Safeguarding the brand and ensuring its proper representation in the local market is essential.
Key Requirements:
• Eligibility to work in the UK and travel in Europe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English language proficiency).
• Driving license valid in the UK and Europe.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report generation and analysis.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, with regular travel.
