Job Title: Outdoor Assessment Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Estimator to manage our outdoor assessments. This challenging role requires strong commercial skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Annual Salary:

£80,000 (OTE £46,000 - £48,000)

About the Position:Main Duties:
  • Visit clients' sites to assess their needs and provide expert advice
  • Conduct site surveys to gather essential information for accurate estimations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects
  • Streamline processes using ECRM database
  • Identify new business opportunities through thorough research and regular client contact
  • Support the sales team with detailed reports and presentations
  • Estimate labour and plant costs for each project
  • Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure company health and safety policies are upheld
Requirements:
  • Surveying experience or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good educational background and technical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
