**Job Description:** Lead Care Professional
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lead Care Professional. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and young people.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child in collaboration with social workers, therapists, and other professionals.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members through regular supervision sessions.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the home by monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Advocate for the rights and best interests of the children, ensuring they have a voice in decisions that affect their lives.
**Requirements:
- Experience in childcare or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
**Estimated Salary:** £13,750 - £16,250 per annum.
