About the Job:
This exciting opportunity is for a Paediatric Children's Community Nurse to work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Childrens Complex Care.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the clinical skills of healthcare teams & professionals working in paediatric care.
You will work closely with paediatric clinical teams to assess training needs and improve care delivery through education.
Key responsibilities include supporting the design & delivery of training, providing clinical competency sign-offs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
