About this Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Paediatric Children's Community Nurse to fill this challenging role as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Childrens Complex Care.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the clinical skills of healthcare teams working in paediatric care.

You will also support the evaluation of training programs and provide feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Job Overview:

This role combines expertise in paediatrics with the ability to educate and mentor others in community-based settings.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering educational sessions on paediatric care, supporting the design & delivery of training, and collaborating with paediatric clinical teams to assess training needs.

Requirements:

  • A recognised NMC qualification allowing you to work with children and young people
  • A full UK driving licence
