Job Overview

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their team as a Clinical Education Specialist for Paediatric Care.

This exciting role combines clinical expertise with education and training, focusing on paediatric care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver educational sessions on paediatric care for non-clinical staff, ensuring safety and competency in delegated tasks.
  • Provide clinical competency sign-offs for trained tasks required in support packages, enhancing practical skills in paediatrics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paediatric healthcare practices and integrate new research and evidence-based guidelines into training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with paediatric clinical teams to assess training needs and improve care delivery through education.

Requirements:

  • A recognised NMC qualification allowing work with children and young people.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • 5 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience delivering training.

Salary: £45,000 per annum, plus expenses and bonus, offering a competitive remuneration package.

Location: Northeast, remote or hybrid work options available, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm).
