We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Equipment Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in defined markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: With an estimated annual salary up to £40,000 per annum, you will drive revenue growth through the sale of hoist installations, servicing contracts, and refurbishment services.
  • CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Fostering strong relationships with existing key accounts, you will increase business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in defined markets, including special schools and institutions for people with disabilities.
  • Tendering & Bidding: Managing tender submissions for servicing and refurbishment contracts, working closely with the Service Manager and technical teams.
  • Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a pipeline of service and installation opportunities, ensuring efficient use of service engineers' time.
  • Collaboration: Working with the Service Manager to ensure smooth operations, efficient field-based systems, and growth facilitation.
  • Product Expertise: Developing in-depth knowledge of company products, their use, safety features, and potential applications.
  • Exhibitions & Promotions: Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events, promoting the brand and its products.

You will work from our office based in Herefordshire and Field based, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development, overtime pay, and car allowance.
