Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager (Flex Energy) to join our dynamic team at Utility People Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial and commercial (I&C) customers, prospecting for new business opportunities, and up-selling/cross-selling other products and services.
About the Role:- Prospect, attract, and convert sales of new energy procurement business
- Retail and renewals for your own B2B customer portfolio
- Convert incoming lead opportunities
- Cross-sell solar opportunities into your energy portfolio where appropriate
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in energy procurement, excellent communication skills, and be able to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus commission structure.
