Glen Callum Associates is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our UK sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and developing C-class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space.

The ideal candidate will have worked within Customer Service or Internal Account Management, preferably in a large Motor Factor, Industrial/Engineering Supplies/Distributor, or Trade Commodities environment. A strong background in customer service, sales support, and business development is essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 per annum, plus bonus and pension benefits. Benefits also include flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a nose for increasing sales and developing customer spends. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation packages is also required.

  1. Deliver and develop C-class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes across multiple markets.
  2. BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through exceptional customer service and sales support.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and customer spend.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports of sales performance and customer interactions.
