Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Account Manager to join our UK sales team and provide exceptional customer service and support to our key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Building strong relationships with customers.
  • Utilizing IT literacy in presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in sales and customer service.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. High level of IT literacy, particularly in presentation packages and Microsoft Excel.

What We Offer:

Negotiable salary: £30k + Bonus + Pension
