Job Opportunity:

Glen Callum Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Support Account Executive to join their UK sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering and developing C-class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets, expanding across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with excellent sales and business support skills to work closely with the UK sales team and enable seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the field sales-based function by taking and processing orders whilst building solid customer relationships.
  2. Increase average order values by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  3. Set up and onboard new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  4. Utilize high-level IT literacy, particularly in presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
  5. Develop professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
