We are recruiting a Credit Control Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

This is a key position within our business, responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that all debts are paid promptly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a proven background in Credit Control and excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively chase outstanding debt
  • Post and allocate cash receipts
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer accounts
  • Reconciliations of customer accounts
  • Month-End and Year-End work

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
