Key Account Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Development Manager to join our team at TalentSpa Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, driving sales growth and revenue through strategic account management.
Job Description:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of key accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform future business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in sales development and account management within a technical or engineering environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
