We are currently looking to recruit a part-time sales assistant who will work as a key holder, covering 16 hours per week. Additionally, the successful candidate may be required to work overtime when needed.


This role reports directly to the Store and Deputy Manager, providing autonomy and freedom to contribute to making the store a success.


About the Role:


Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and hard-working individual with experience working in high-volume and fast-paced retail environments. Knowledge of discount retail would be beneficial but is not essential.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional shopping experiences for customers.
  • Sales Performance: Review sales performance and implement measures to drive sales growth.
  • KPI's and Profitability: Achieve key performance indicators and maintain profitability targets.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, manage, and motivate staff to achieve store objectives.
  • Company Standards: Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Health and Safety: Safeguard the health and safety of store colleagues.
