About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
  • Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs, in line with the business goals
  • Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area, to ensure your team achieve these KPIs
  • Recruit a quality team, capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
  • Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget
  • Coach and manage your team to sell full fibre broadband, and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
  • Reviewing your team performance daily, coaching to ensure they maximise sales
  • Ability to close sales via door to door selling
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license
  • Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
  • Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Evidence of coaching and performance management
