Christmas Sales Floor Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a Christmas Sales Floor Assistant to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
- Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products
- Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
- Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
- Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
- Take control of your own development
About You:
We are looking for a flexible, supportive, and enthusiastic individual who is excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job. You will be a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days. You will take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication.
What's Next:
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial interview.
