Home Care Emergency Professional

We are looking for an experienced Home Care Emergency Professional to join our Emergency Duty Team in Grimsby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing emergency care in the community, responding to urgent calls from service users, and working collaboratively with other team members.
This role requires a strong background in care experience, with the ability to think on your feet and respond effectively to emergencies. You will also be responsible for documenting all calls, incidents, and sickness, and reporting any concerns to management.
