We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Support Worker to join our team at Fairways Care Home in Grimsby.
As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Observe and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns
- Promote independence and support during activities and meals
- Maintain professional relations with families and contribute to the development of personalized care plans
