At Hales Home Care, we are seeking an Emergency Response Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Emergency Duty Team, you will be responsible for answering emergency telephone calls from service users, their family members, Care Managers, and our Care Workers in the Grimsby area.

This role requires a strong background in care experience, with the ability to provide support and guidance to those in need. You will also be required to cover care in the event of staff sickness, collaborate with other workers, and may need to provide emergency care in the community yourself.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring all calls, incidents, and sickness are documented and reported/escalated if required. Additionally, you will be expected to log all incoming calls and document actions taken.
