Job Overview

As a QHSE Manager at TÜV Rheinland, you will be responsible for developing and implementing QHSE standards and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement QHSE standards and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.

  3. Provide QHSE advice and support to management and staff.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to ensure QHSE awareness and competence.
  5. Monitor QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management and staff.
  6. Execute an internal QHSE audit program in accordance with ISO and TÜV Rheinland standards.
  7. Implement a suite of QHSE controlled procedures, records, and systems.
  8. Lead and coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
  9. Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution in accordance with established procedures.
  10. Provide risk assessment support and approval to ensure safety and compliance.
  11. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements
  1. Significant experience in a QHSE role within the industry.
  2. NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
  3. ISO Audit experience and/or qualification.
  4. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
