Key Responsibilities

- Provide QHSE advice and support to management and staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure QHSE awareness and competence.
- Monitor QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management and staff.
- Execute an internal QHSE audit program in accordance with ISO and TÜV Rheinland standards.
- Implement a suite of QHSE controlled procedures, records, and systems.
- Lead and coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide risk assessment support and approval to ensure safety and compliance.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a QHSE role within the industry.
- NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
- ISO Audit experience and/or qualification.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
